Area Description
An elegant residential area of period terraces and garden squares, a few minutes walk south of Hyde Park, a great green space and close enough for a brisk early jog or a leisurely evening stroll. A walk of less than 10 minutes takes you to the many attractions of the Kensington High Street and Church Street area. And in 15 you could walk to the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Natural History and Science Museums, and beyond them to the fashionista and gourmet paradise of Harrods and the exclusive shops, boutiques and restaurants of Knightsbridge. Buses and taxis are plentiful for access to the West End or farther afield, also for Heathrow.

The comfortable sofa (which can fold out to a double bed) and armchairs are grouped around the wide fireplace and the gas ‘log’ fire, and some antique side tables, interesting decorative pieces and paintings complete the picture.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well lit and well laid out with good work space, a breakfast table and efficient appliances - gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms
The expansive master bedroom has a super king-sized bed and large built-in cupboards, as well as some elegant Regency-style chairs and other antique pieces. Bedroom two has a double bed and the third bedroom also has double bed plus the en-suite bathroom.

The two bathrooms are spacious with stylish black and white marble tiling, wash basins, shower cubicles and loos.
