Thurloe Square was a beautiful, comfortable flat to stay in. Fabulous location too.
There was no hairdryer but one was delivered same day as reported missing. We appreciated the great service.
The property was great and well located, however the owners could add a teapot or coffee maker.

We truly enjoyed our stay in South Kensington. The location is excellent, and the flat was comfortable and roomy for the four of us.
The Thurloe Square flat (8) was very convenient. Maybe some curtains or shades in the living room... generally not too much of an issue given the high location of the flat and being on the square, just a suggestion.
Bonus, we could see the very top of the downtown fireworks display on New Years eve from the windows!
Thurloe Square is a terrific location and we really enjoyed our time in London. The flat is nice and spacious, and having two full bath/shower rooms was wonderful. Your staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive, both during the booking process and when we were in London. We called for extra keys and towels the first morning and received them promptly. The taxi drivers were friendly and helpful, especially Cyril. We'll be in touch again the next time we visit. Thank you!

A number of the lamps needed new lightbulbs as they had blown. These were replaced quickly so it was not a problem for long.
