This welcoming room has a sitting area on the street side and dining area at the far end. Inviting sofas and armchairs are gathered around the handsome marble fireplace (with working log fire). A host of intriguing pictures, statues and decorative objects delight the eye and give one the sense of being in the family home of some very interesting, well read and tasteful relatives! The long library bookcase at the far end hides a fold up dining table that can seat six. In the far corner a door opens onto a lush mini conservatory lit by a skylight, complete with palms, exotic plants and even a cosy garden bench for two.

Kitchen

The compact but well-planned and well-lit kitchen includes a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms

The spacious bedroom on the first floor continues the theme with a traditional brass bed (queen size), floral fabrics and more interesting prints. Next to the window is a separate reading area with a two seater sofa and some antique chairs beside the original fireplace. There is a TV with a selection of digital channels available.
