A maisonette on two levels, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor (entrance level) and the reception rooms on the lower floor, with access to a lovely private garden. The apartment has been totally renovated to a very high standard.

Receptions

The warm colours and generous seating of the sitting room make an inviting ambience, with the plus of access through one of the French door to the lovely secluded garden. The dining area adjacent can seat six in style, and is conveniently close to the kitchen. There are stairs leading from the dining area to the upper floor and the bedrooms.

Kitchen

The kitchen is compact but has all the essentials including an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a small breakfast/snack counter.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a double bed and lots of cupboard space. The second bedroom has twin beds and a large built-in wardrobe.

Bathrooms

Both are beautifully finished in sand and cream colours with all new fittings. The en-suite master bathroom has a wash basin, bathtub with a power shower and a loo. The second bathroom has a wash basin, a large shower cubicle and a loo. There is also a guest cloakroom downstairs.
