A lovely flat in a great location contributed to a memorable vacation.

The Flat was terrific and the the service from the office was great as well. The pick up from the airport is a great introduction and makes it easy to get the keys. Overall we had a terrific experience.

I was please to see the improvements this year - sky tv, small bag of cleaning products, improvement in wi-fi connection, etc.

This was the first overseas holiday with our two young children (12 & 6). The level of communication from hfh was very impressive as we planned the trip. The inclusion of a taxi service to pick us up from the airport was most useful. The Blandford Street apartment we stayed in was convenient in every way. It had all the facilities one would need in a home when traveling with children. It was also very close to most important places in London, especially its proximity to Oxford Street, Marylebone High Street, Hyde Park, etc. We could access most places walking but taxis were also close by when we needed to take one. The best experience we had was the upkeep of the apartment itself as well as its proximity to most amenities.

No hot water in basin of ensuite bathroom...this was rectified after phone call. Great service!

Small problem with shower, but otherwise things were great!

Very pleasant apartment, it was easy to stay with our kids as the second bedroom had just perfect beds for them. The apartment was also decorated with lovely bright colours, very stylish. We will book this apartment again if we decide to return to London any soon.
