Please note that guests have access to the entire house which is spread over 4 floors. Each floor has a half landing with additional rooms which make the property extremely grand however, given that there are many steps within the property, it may not be suitable for families with young children or those with limited mobility as the bedrooms are on the upper floors of the property.

The property is an eclectic and stunning mix of the traditional, featuring original fire places, ceiling cornicing, sash windows and oak flooring. This property has been featured in various magazines, photographic shoots and music videos.

As you enter the property you are greeted by a grand Entrance Hall with a beautiful chandelier and a large Antique mirror. The home boasts two good size reception rooms: on the first floor you'll find a formal living room with a huge White Italian leather corner sofa, 55 inch Samsung TV with airplay, 2 leather 'rocking' chairs and chaise lounge. All the appliances are Siemens and include induction hob, oven, dishwasher and Le Creuset cookware. A Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, 4 slice toaster and microwave are also included.

Bedrooms

Four double bedrooms with two UK King size beds (150x200cm) and two Double beds (135x190cm). The bedrooms have wood floors throughout and are beautifully decorated with the finest furnishings, drapes and contemporary pieces with lovely views overlooking the Imperial War Museum Gardens and Tennis Courts or looking out to the City Skyline. The master bedroom has stunning exposed brickwork as its feature and has a separate living area.

Bathrooms

Two luxury and exceptionally spacious bathrooms, one featuring a Jacuzzi bath tub and a rainforest walk-in shower, and the other, a designer bathtub with a large walk-in twin shower area.

The nearest tube station is Elephant & Castle which is about 4 minutes to the South East. Lambeth North Tube Station is 6 minutes away and Waterloo railway is 10-15 minutes walk away. There is also private, off-street parking available for one car directly in front of the property. Please note that the property lies within the Central London congestion charge zone.
