Such a great location!
HFH staff responded quickly and provided good customer service with respect to a couple of minor issues as relates to the flat. We had a great time in London as usual and appreciate the service you provided.

Beautiful flat with loads of artwork, absolutely adored the upstairs space with writing desk. I had to do some work during the stay so it was just perfect for that. I can't think of anything negative to say, however some shampoo/conditioner would have been nice to have as I arrived late in the evening and wanted to take hot bath. However, I do understand it is self-catering apartment. Thank you for an excellent stay.
We have stayed in this apartment for several times already and have to say Home From Home never disappoints us. Flat was very clean on arrival and service was very attentive.

Jewel at Nevern Square
This location is incredibly cute and quaint and centrally located. I thoroughly enjoyed the communal garden and the easy access to the rest of London. The flat is incredibly secure. I would love to stay there again. I don’t have any complaints. It’s a lovely place.
