On a Friday night during our visit we had no hot water at all. I called on Saturday and the agency sent out a plumber to fix the problem straight away. We had hot water again and the shower was great. The agency was very responsive and we highly recommend them!

Sinclair Road was well suited to our family of 2 adults and 2 kids with easy access to everywhere in London with tube and buses nearby. The apartment was big enough and well heated with all amenities working. We all especially liked the TV in the bathroom! We were pleased with the accommodation and have already recommended it to friends and would stay here again. HFH was very easy to deal with especially Lydia who was well organised and worked hard and quickly for us to get us a place that met our needs.

I stayed with my 2 adult children in flat 3 Sinclair Road for a month in June 2024. Early in the morning, the elegant living room was flooded with sunshine and the sun eventually moved to the two impeccably furnished bedrooms. From the beautiful granite kitchen counter to the matching furnishings and the rugs, the apartment has been perfectly finished. Also, the personal touch for our well-being provided by Sandra is something I will always appreciate. I have used HFH four times now and hope to continue doing so.
