Great property. Had a slight problem getting the TV working but that was resolved after speaking to somebody in your office. Would definitely recommend.
We loved Sinclair Road! It was a beautiful flat, and well located.
The flat was lovely, clean and very well equipped (much better than other self-catering properties we've stayed in before). Very comfortable beds! I did find the cost quite high, but acceptable given the quality of the property. The taxi service from Heathrow was great and saved us a lot of hassle. I'd stay here again. Thanks!
Well decorated homely flat despite rooms being small it very much served our needs. HFH was very responsive whenever contacted. We felt at home and had a wonderful time in London and it felt like our second home right from day one to the end.
The flat was great and I will use the service again.
On a Friday night during our visit we had no hot water at all. I called on Saturday and the agency sent out a plumber to fix the problem straight away. We had hot water again and the shower was great. The agency was very responsive and we highly recommend them!
Sinclair Road was well suited to our family of 2 adults and 2 kids with easy access to everywhere in London with tube and buses nearby. The apartment was big enough and well heated with all amenities working. We all especially liked the TV in the bathroom! We were pleased with the accommodation and have already recommended it to friends and would stay here again. HFH was very easy to deal with especially Lydia who was well organised and worked hard and quickly for us to get us a place that met our needs.

It was perfect for busy days in the tourist areas, knowing we were able to go back to the quiet space in Kensington. The pubs and restaurants close by were great after a busy day, and the train and the tube systems close by were perfect. Thanks for the recommendation! The flat was welcoming and very comfortable. Well located between two stations no more that a 10 minute walk to the central line. Less than 10 minutes to the local grocery. Kitchen well stocked. Local tavern very welcoming and had Christmas diner there (Havelock Tavern). Communication with HOMEFROMHOME was easy and very responsive. Happily would stay here again.
